Task:
You are to investigate marketed nutritional products, which are specially designed to enhance performance.
 
Delivery of task
 
Questions 1:
 
Investigatethree different marketed nutritional products currently available in Australia, designed to specifically support sporting performance. In your response provide an overview of the product and the claims that the product makes. (6 marks) Minimum ½ page, maximum 1 page.

Questions 2:
 
Choose one of the examined products and explain its purpose and use. (7 marks) Minimum ½ page, maximum 1 page.
 
Question 3
 
In reference to your chosen product in Question 2, critically evaluate the use of the nutritional product. Justify whether it is necessary to include this supplement or product, in relation to your athlete and their sport.  Consider and suggest alternatives. Minimum 1 page (12 marks)

In your answer you will be assessed on how well you:
